Joining the athlete club was invaluable, Adam’s sheer dedication to share the knowledge with me in a digestible way so I can apply to my training and sport. Adam is also very attentive and understanding. I started seeing improvements in no time to where I even scored my debut goal being a month into the program!

He's very passionate about fitness and after assessing my fitness properly has made a great programme that I can follow that suits me.
