To optimise the flow, we have to look at the designs, environment, and systems individually and as a society. By reshaping our systems, environment, methods and lives will have a positive impact on our health. Our society is not designed for the optimisation of health, wellbeing, and potential. It has been designed to separate, disempower people and box people in physical and mental barrier, which is causing ill health and potential blockages.

 

The concept of flow looks at how we can design our own lives better and the systems we live in to produce more potential. We will look at different methods such as: spatial engineering, Family Structure, health spaces, Environmental design, and Mindset.
