Strength training will stimulate the adaption process, improving muscle strength, bone density and neuromuscular connections.ā

Building your aerobic and anaerobic capacity will increase your oxygen uptake and increase your lactate threshold, ultimately making you last longer and to be a more powerful runner.ā

SPEED & AGILITY
Being able to accelerate in different directions will give you an edge, especially sports that demand you to take on opponents and change directions.

POWER
As an athlete you will generate 3-5 times your bodyweight, that's a lot of force. So, it is important that your training is preparing you for such high loads for when you do go and perform.āā

MOBILITY
Mobility is a great way of preventing injuries as you increase your joint range, enhance proprioception and reduce stiffness.

Pillar 1:
Exercise

Without exercise your body wont adapt, in other words you can't get stronger, faster, powerful and mobile without it. You will have a tailored plan that is specific which considers your health, fitness and performance.

Mindset

Maximise your beliefs through your mindset that will shape your reality to where you are closer to your fitness and performance goals. Tap into mindset strategies to really maximise your ability to stay focused.
Pillar 3:
Nutrition

Nutrition will provide you with energy and will optimise your performance, you will be provided with a nutrition plan that will enhance your health and performance, that is in alignment with your goals.
Pillar 4:
Rehab

Athletes will come across injuries throughout their playing time, its part of the parcel, however you will have access to rehab exercises and videos to build you back up towards your optimal performance pre-injury.
