The muscle working INDIVIDUALLY is a problem, it has to work within its chain. The hamstring working by itself can force it to overload and the area becomes injured. But if you train your hamstrings with your glutes, movements such as hip extensions and glute bridges these will minimise injury and teach the muscles to work together.

 

We must target the spine to enhance connections. The spine is the main wiring for the central nervous system. A healthy spine means more healthy connections. We must optimise the spine to allow the energy to flow.
